HRD Access database users?

Postby ve3mpg » Thu 23. Jan 2014, 06:41

Will there be an option for us HRD users who do not have SQL database engine and use Access .mdb logging in HRD??

Thanks for the nice implementation of JT65-HF and your hard work. Much appreciated.

Thanks Bob,

I initiated this project because I was missing complete HRD support in the original Comfort.

"Complete" means that I'd love to have a logging mechanism that uses the HRD logbook API just as DM780 does - the consequence is that QSOs will also be logged to eQSL, HRDLOG.net and so on if configured in HRD.

The problem is that this does not seem to be well-documented by Simon. Meanwhile HRD has been sold. I wrote an e-mail to the new developers, already and got a positive reply in which they promised me to send me a dscription as soon as the API is documented.

This is my biggest wish for Comfort 4.0 and I am looking forward to that feature being implemented just as everyone else ;)
